Google is not exclusive to Android or Apple, which is a good place to start. It only makes sense that if you have a Google account, then you have Google’s built in messaging app. On that regard, Android OS have always dominated the smartphone population over the years, which made using other apps for iPhone a rather limited option. But then, emulating technology changes everything to give the vast majority of smartphone users the better alternative.
